Storm Caetano: chaos in transport around

All those who are behind the wheel this late Thursday afternoon must be patient in and more widely throughout the Nantes metropolitan area. The caps are increasing on the roads due to the closure of the Cheviré bridge on the ring road. This measure is the consequence of the strong gusts of wind which have been sweeping the region since midday. The Saint-Nazaire bridge is also closed, so all traffic between the north and south of the estuary is diverted to Nantes where the situation is chaotic well before entering the city. Kilometers of traffic jams were observed on the RN 165.
