No overtaking for trucks
The Plan contains measures concerning heavy goods vehicles. “As of 6 a.m. tomorrow, in Côtes-d'Armor, Ille-et-Vilaine, and Morbihan, vehicles and combinations of vehicles whose total authorized weight (PTAC) is greater than 7, 5 tonnes: are not authorized to carry out overtaking maneuvers, their maximum authorized speed is lowered by 20 km/h on all axes of the national road network (national roads and motorways) »informs the prefecture in a press release published this Wednesday evening.
Storage obligations for heavy goods vehicles
“As of 6 a.m. tomorrow, sections of the national road network are subject to traffic bans and storage obligations for vehicles and combinations of vehicles whose total authorized weight (GVW) is greater than 7.5 tonnes , on the following axes: N12, N164, N176, A84. »

The speed of vehicles authorized to circulate is limited to 70 km/h.
The Finistère prefecture details the measures: on the RN12, in the Brest-Rennes direction, traffic will be prohibited from Morlaix (PR 15); a storage area will be set up in Plouigneau; on the RN 164, in the direction Carhaix-Plouguer-Rennes, traffic will be prohibited from Carhaix to the RN12; a storage area will be set up in Carhaix.
Specific measures in Ille-et-Vilaine
“The prefect has taken, by order, two measures applicable in the department by extending the zonal road traffic restrictions to the Bretillian secondary network as of this Thursday, November 21 at 6 a.m. The maximum speed limit measures of 20 km/h and the ban on overtaking are therefore in force on all roads in the Ille-et-Vilaine department (national roads, motorways and secondary network). »
