This Thursday, November 21, promised to be “hectic”, according to weather forecasters, with snow and a strong gust of wind in Brittany. The events of the morning seem to prove them right.
From 6 a.m., Météo France placed Ille-et-Vilaine on orange alert for snow and ice, while Côtes-d’Armor is on yellow alert. Morbihan and Finistère, for their part, will remain under yellow alert for these phenomena until 4 p.m. Furthermore, Morbihan and Côtes-d’Armor are also on orange alert for violent winds, while Finistère and Ille-et-Vilaine are on yellow alert for these gusts until 8 p.m.
Météo France specifies that this storm “will cross France from west to east and cause an early winter episode sufficiently notable to make traffic conditions difficult in the regions concerned“.
