CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland Cavaliers and Columbus Blue Jackets fans in Ohio can soon stream live games without a monthly subscription.
FanDuel Sports Network is introducing an a la carte option, allowing fans to watch individual games on its platform for $6.99 each.
The new pay-per-game purchase option will be available starting Dec. 5.
“The addition of single-game pricing allows fans to now catch their local NBA and NHL teams on a game-by-game basis, enhancing the flexibility of our offering,” said Michael Schneider, chief operating officer, Direct-to-Consumer, FanDuel Sports Network, in a press release. “This is yet another example of how we remain committed to delivering an array of viewing options and features to make it easier for our viewers to watch their favorite teams.”

Fans can still opt for a full season or monthly plan, starting at $19.99. FanDuel Sports Network is available as an app on mobile devices, streaming players and smart TVs. The network also is offered on live TV streaming platforms such as Fubo (free trial) and DirecTV Stream (free trial), and many cable systems across the state.
The first Cavaliers game to be available for the single-game price will be against the Denver Nuggets on Dec. 5, while the first Blue Jackets game will be against the Edmonton Oilers on the same night.
FanDuel Sports Network is a collection of regional sports networks owned by Diamond Sports Group. The networks were previously branded Bally Sports until a new naming rights deal kicked in last month.
