Brown hair is a thing of the past – now the “Bauer sucht Frau” icon presents herself with short blonde hair, large earrings and black glasses.
Some followers are thrilled with her makeover. “You look good, great haircut”, “You’re hardly recognizable”, “Hot” or “You look great, years younger, but authentic and not exaggerated”, comment her followers.
But apparently not all fans like her new blonde hair. “Unfortunately, you have lost your authentic nature,” criticizes one user.

The former Bauer sucht Frau participant now addresses the negative comments in her latest Instagram post. Under her post she writes clearly: “Little information for all the know-it-alls: The hair is no longer colored and the glasses are not decoration either. Oh yes, one more thing: the color of your hair or length, make-up and dressing up every now and then have no influence on your character. At the end, Iris Abel addressed her critics in clear terms: “In any case, I really miss it.”
