His client denounced “acts of rape perpetrated by the latter against her on several occasions”. She also accuses the artist of “psychological, sexual and physical violence” and filed a complaint during the summer of 2024, again according to Me Fekom.
Nekfeu's wife would have considered legal proceedings in 2023, before abandoning her approach then resuming it the following year, this time with a file constituted “a lot of evidence to support his allegations”according to his advice. Me Fekom justifies these reversals by the “pressures” that Nekfeu's wife would suffer. “She says Mr. Samaras has her followed by a private detective. He's pretty tough.”she relates. Her client also accuses her ex-spouse of providing “false reports” as part of the divorce proceedings they have initiated.
According to Me Fekom, it was necessary to publicize the facts since his client would suffer a “differential judicial treatment” because of the fame of his companion. “She suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder” and has “fear of reprisals”, has been living for several years “in silence and fear”explains the lawyer again.

Regarding the accusation of rape, the prosecution specifies that “the applicant did not show up for any of the eight appointments offered to her by the judicial police service designated to investigate.” The only ongoing procedure concerns a complaint “for forgery and use of forgery”, filed in May 2024.

The rapper has in fact obtained primary custody as part of divorce proceedings, while the mother benefits from a “right of visitation and accommodation”details Master Fekom. To date, “two of the complaints [du rappeur] were closed on the grounds that the proceedings appeared disproportionate in view of the situation” et “three prosecutions are initiated”. The mother has until now been under judicial supervision and is due to be tried in February 2025.
