A subsidiary of the LDC group, Farmor, attached to the Société Bretonne de Volaille, markets a wide variety of products: whole, cut, processed, raw or cooked, fresh or frozen poultry.

With 12 production sites spread across , that of Guingamp stands out for its slightly remote location.

“We are the little Gauls at the top of the map,” jokes Rebecca Dasriaux, the site’s human resources manager. That of Guingamp brings together three key services: preparation, forming and packaging.

“All French people have already consumed one of our products, but without knowing it, because we do not market them under our own name”
