Incarcerated in New York for sex trafficking and extortion, Sean “Diddy” Combs is now the target of more than a dozen complaints for rape or sexual assault.
His accuser, who wishes to remain anonymous, denounces facts which allegedly occurred until the summer of 2024 and mentions an unwanted pregnancy.
Earlier in the week, another young woman testified to the press about the violence she said she suffered at the hands of the 54-year-old rapper.
His identity is protected by the term used in the United States in this type of business where anonymity is required. A woman presented as Jane Doe has in turn filed a civil complaint in New York against P. Diddy, already the target of more than ten legal actions for rape or sexual assault, including one launched this week by an accuser who took the speak publicly (new window). American media, including CNN and the magazine People (new window)had access to the text in which the complainant recounts the last four years with the rapper. Originally from Florida, she says she met him “abroad” in fall 2020.
She denounces sexist and sexual violence, mentioning several rapes in the properties of Diddy, real name Sean Combs, in Los Angeles and Miami. “At each of his visits, Combs would ask her to make a spectacle of herself for him and force her to drink alcohol and substances until she passed out. She would wake up with bruises and injuries, but without remembering how she got injured This continued until July 2024.”details the complaint which evokes “a bite mark on his heel” in spring 2022.

The complainant reveals that she became pregnant following non-consensual sexual intercourse in the summer of 2022. She claims that the 54-year-old rapper’s entourage “harassed” for her to have an abortion. The pregnancy ended as a result of a miscarriage, the complaint states. The young woman says she wants to preserve her anonymity for fear of aggravating the “emotional damage” already observed in her, namely anxiety, depression and fear for her safety. “No one is above the law. The rapper’s legal representatives have not reacted to this new complaint, which follows that of Thalia Graves. The latter accuses P. Diddy of having “brutally raped” in 2001 when she was 25 years old. The rapper is now the subject of around ten complaints for rape or sexual assault. Federal prosecutor Damian Williams described a system based on “violence” to force women to have “long sexual relationships with sex workers”scenes that he “recorded” and during which the victims took substances such as ecstasy, GHB (the rapist drug) or ketamine. Indicted by a New York court, he pleaded not guilty to counts of trafficking for sexual exploitation and extortion. He was incarcerated in Brooklyn and twice denied bail.
