“Hot For You, Baby”, which was to appear in the legendary album “Private Dancer” by Tina Turner, was rediscovered by the record company and was broadcast for the first time on Thursday

Private DancerTina Turner’s fifth studio album, had marked both a turning point in the Diva career, but also more generally in pop-soft music from the 1980s. Very recently, a song recorded for this album and presumed lost, has been rediscovered: Hot For You, Baby. The title was released for the first time on BBC Radio 2 Thursday and will be the subject of several editions.

“Having something new to hear from Tina Turner is a treat for fans of all generations and a reminder of her unique talent,” said presenter Mark Goodier before broadcasting the song.
