The Lenovo Legion Go 2 hasn’t officially launched, but the gaming console showed off at CES 2025.

If the new Lenovo Legion Go S attracted a lot of attention at CES 2025, another portable console from the same manufacturer was also shown in the form of a prototype: the Legion Go 2.

Not price, but features

No information was given on the price or availability of the device and it was impossible to turn on the machine properly, but we at least have a good overview of its design and several elements of the technical sheet at get our teeth into it.

So here we have an 8.8-inch, 144 Hz Oled screen offering a maximum brightness of 500 cd/m² and a definition of 1920 x 1200 pixels.

The Lenovo Legion Go 2 is equipped with an AMD Ryzen Z2 processor clocked at 3.3 GHz and a Radeon 780M as GPU. Windows 11 is included while the console is equipped with 1 TB storage and 32 GB of RAM. The console also has a 74 Wh battery.

As for dimensions, Lenovo announces 295.6 x 136.7 x 42.25 mm with controllers. An important clarification since it is possible to remove the controllers like a Nintendo Switch. Except that here, Lenovo offers an accessory allowing you to transform the controller into a sort of vertical mouse. There’s even a dial on the back.

The Lenovo Legion Go 2 is entitled to two joysticks, a directional cross, four buttons A, B, X, Y, a pad, four triggers on the top edge and a nice slew of buttons on the right edge at the back.
