Anker is launching the Everfrost Cooler 2 at CES 2025. This product is designed for outdoor use and is a follow-up to the popular original model which was launched in 2023.
The EverFrost Cooler 2 portable refrigerator is available in three sizes: 23L, 40L and 58L. It allows cooling and freezing, with the possibility of adjusting the temperature between -20 and 20°C (-4 and 68°F). According to Anker, FrostFlow 360° air circulation ensures rapid cooling and the larger 58 liter version has two compartments, allowing you to freeze and cool simultaneously. The refrigerators are equipped with two 288 Wh batteries, which are said to keep food and drinks stored fresh for more than four days, or up to 104 hours. These estimates reflect the battery’s nearly doubled capacity compared to its predecessor; the original 33 liter version lasted 42 hours.
The new model can be recharged via AC, USB-C, car socket or 100W solar input. Additionally, the batteries transform into a power bank, with 60W USB-C ports W and 12W USB-A. You can adjust the Everfrost’s settings or control them remotely in the Anker app. Other features include wheels and a handle for easy transport, a flip top and an IPX3 water resistance rating.
While pricing has not yet been revealed, we do know that the 40L and 58L versions of the Anker Everfrost Cooler 2 will be available for pre-order in the United States starting February 21 on Anker.com. General sales of these products will begin on March 7, and the smaller 23 liter variant will arrive in the second quarter. The release date and pricing for other markets like Europe are still to be determined.
