Inno3D RTX 5090 iChill X3D: the card leaked on the web!

The era of new generation graphics cards is coming very soon with RTX 5000 from home NVIDIA. Indeed, a recent leak reveals one of the first custom variants: theInno3D RTX 5090 iChill X3D.

NVIDIA RTX 5090: 32 GB of GDDR7 and 512-bit memory

According to a leak shared by the media VideoCardzthe Inno3D GeForce RTX 5090 iChill X3D will be equipped with 32 GB GDDR7 memoryan unprecedented capacity for a gaming graphics card. Associated with a memory bus 512 bitsthis card is capable of achieving memory bandwidth of 1792 GB/s. A memory configuration which therefore far exceeds that of the RTX 4090 with its 24 GB of GDDR6X memory.

The design of the iChill X3D takes up the aesthetic codes of its predecessor, the iChill X3, while introducing notable developments. We find in particular a accompanied three-fan cooling system by a RGB lighting and form factor of 3,5 emplacements.

This imposing format, to say the least, reflects the ambitious technical specifications of the RTX 5090. Rest assured, it is very likely that the Founders Edition will be slightly thinner, although a minimum of three slots is expected.

The iChill X3D should integrate a power connector 12V-2×6 which is, as a reminder, capable of providing up to 600 W. With a TDP at 575 Wthis graphics card represents a challenge for traditional power supplies, requiring suitable cooling and power systems. Custom versions could even exceed this energy threshold without much surprise.

Although the leak uncovered key details about the Inno3D RTX 5090 iChill X3D, its availability remains uncertain. NVIDIA could officially unveil the RTX 5090 during its presentation at CES 2025alongside the RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti. However, doubts remain about simultaneous marketing with the RTX 5080 planned for the January 21, 2025 or the following week, after the RTX 5080.
