Apple Fitness+ kicks off the new year with its largest program offering yet, giving you even more ways to stay active and alert in 2025. The service introduces a progressive strength training program that makes it easier to create the perfect workout plan, as well as a program focused on pickleball – one of the fastest growing sports in the world. A new workshop-style yoga program will help you hone your skills with popular peak poses, while a breathing meditation program will help you manage stress, increase your energy and improve focus. The Spotlight series’ artists feature other big names in the music scene, including Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Kendrick Lamar, while new Time to Go episodes feature Adam Scott, Rita Ora, Daddy Yankee, Tiffany Haddish and others. Acclaimed choreographer and dancer Alex Wong leads exclusive dance training. The new content will be available on iPhone, iPad and Apple starting Monday, January 6. With Apple Watch, you can improve your experience and achieve a certain level of motivation by tracking your progress in real time. Fitness+ is also working with Strava to bring a new integration to the Strava app: in addition, well-known athletes from the Strava community will appear as guests during workouts. Added to this is a special Fitness+ test offer for Strava subscribers.
