Apple reportedly stopped production of the Vision Pro headset because sales figures did not meet expectations at all.
Sales of the Vision Pro have not been doing well for some time. Production was already reduced over the summer, but according to MacRumors, the assembly plant was ordered to stop production completely in November.
Production is not completely slowed down
In October, Chinese company Luxshare Precision was still producing 1,000 units per day. This is only half the number of units produced at peak sales. Interestingly, production lines remain intact, so Apple could restart production if demand increases. However, this seems unlikely at the moment.
