The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra was inspired, like its predecessor, by the lines of the Samsung Galaxy Note, a very popular model a few years ago. It offers very straight lines, even a little austere, which give it a very sober and elegant look. Flat edges can nevertheless, as was the case on iPhone, pose some handling problems after several tens of minutes.
According to photos available today and illustrating a mock-up made from CAD files sent to factories for manufacturing, Samsung is on the verge of solving the problem with its S25 Ultra. The premium smartphone would benefit from more rounded edges, both in the corners and around the edge of the case, but not as much as the basic S25 models, to differentiate it from the rest of the range. The latter should therefore be more pleasant to hold once in the palm of the hand. It could also be slightly thinner.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25+ should not benefit from a design change. The Korean manufacturer would obviously be satisfied with the Galaxy S24, and the next smartphones should not evolve an inch this year.
