The two smartphone manufacturers, Google and Samsung, will present their next smartphones in the heart of summer.
This Wednesday, June 26, two of the main manufacturers of Android smartphones, Samsung and Google, confirmed the holding of a conference in the heart of the summer season.

The first, Samsung, will hold a new Galaxy Unpacked event just before the Paris 2024 Olympics – where it is a major partner. The South Korean company will indeed present its new smartphones on July 10 in Paris, at 10 a.m. (French time).
But he will not be alone in braving the potentially scorching temperatures of summer, since Google will also offer its own event, on the evening of August 13.
On Samsung’s side, we are first awaiting the presentations of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Fold 6, its two foldable smartphones. But the Korean also promises several announcements around its artificial intelligence solution, Galaxy AI. The Galaxy Ring, its connected ring expected for this summer, could also make a notable entrance.
For Google, no big mystery either: we will be entitled to the new Pixel, its range of Android smartphones. The Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro will be there if we rely on the animation on the event page. The search giant specifies in its press release a presentation of “Android software and [du] portfolio of Pixel devices.” New features on the AI side are also on the program.
As for the expected surprises, some are hoping in particular for the presence of a Pixel 9 Pro XL, a high-end version larger than the Pixel 9, as well as a Pixel 9 Pro Fold, a folding model whose previous version did not have not beyond American borders.
