SamInsider spotted this Galaxy Z Flip 6 in a listing from a European reseller. The site does not indicate the store in question. It seems to be Germanic. The screenshot shows a model number, SM-F741B, which matches the one used by Samsung for the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
A 10% increase
This foldable smartphone would therefore be sold for 1339.99 euros in its 256 GB version and 1466.99 euros in 512 GB. This would be a significant jump, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 having been launched at lower prices. We would observe an increase of 140 euros and almost 160 euros depending on the versions. For reference, that would put the 256 GB Z Flip 6 at the price of the 512 GB Z Flip 5.
The information from SamInsider resonates across the Atlantic where SmartPrix is proposing an increase of 100 dollars on the Z Flip 6.
However, we will have to wait until July 10 and Samsung’s official presentation to decide on the final price. In terms of new features compared to the 2023 generation, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 should have a larger capacity battery (4000 mAh), a 50 Mpx main sensor opening at f/1.8 as well as a Qualcomm SoC, the very powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
