Energy renovation: there is the zero-interest loan from Crédit Mutuel, while waiting for state aid. Everything is said in its latest campaign signed Havas Paris Seven

Hervé, the father of the family saga is back in a new opus of daily life where he once again plays the central character. Having old and energy-consuming windows, he must carry out renovation work, a situation which affects a large number of French people. However, he does not have the financial resources necessary to advance these costs while awaiting state aid, which will be paid only at the end of the work. So, he gave up… But his son Benjamin, always full of solutions, then offered him thezero-rate loan from Crédit Mutuelallowing him to immediately begin work with complete peace of mind.

Through this new campaign, Crédit Mutuel unveils a new unique offer on the market in 2024: a zero-interest loan in order to advance state aid – MaPrimeRenov. An advance, which allows you to move forward more quickly, because very often help arrives once the work is finished. In the meantime, you have to pay the craftsmen, materials, etc.

In its new campaign signed Havas Paris Seven, Crédit Mutuel reaffirms its commitment to the French to make energy renovation accessible to as many people as possible. Indeed, aware of the challenges represented by the ecological transition, the mutual bank had already launched the Advance Renovation Loan in 2023 which makes it possible to support owners of thermal sieves (housing classified “F” or “G” in the Energy Performance Diagnostic ( DPE)) in the energy renovation of their home. This loan aimed at “fragile” customers, to whom credit is rarely granted, already demonstrated the bank’s desire to make energy renovation accessible.

In a context of growing demand and faced with the financial challenges faced by many households, Crédit Mutuel is a bank committed to making energy renovation accessible to as many people as possible. With more than a million homes to be renovated per year in France by 2050, the bank aims to support 100,000 customers by 2027, thus meeting its objectives in terms of a player in ecological transformation.

This film, directed by Yvan Attal, will be released on television and digital from June 17 to July 7, 2024 and will be accompanied by an influence system.
