Do you have an iPhone? Other people can take control of your screen and use your phone!

Apple’s new iOS 18.1 update introduces several features, including one that particularly attracts attention: the ability to control the screen of another iPhone!

Thanks to this “remote control” option, it is possible to ask to take control of the phone of the person with whom you are on a FaceTime call, provided that they accept. Once granted access, you can interact with its apps, access settings, and even send messages from its phone. Fortunately, the user can revoke access at any time.

Face ID and Touch ID are temporarily disabled during control, but the owner retains priority over actions. However, certain sensitive actions such as changing Apple accounts or making payments are restricted for security reasons.

Not all devices can take advantage of this update, as older models cannot use the features.
