SAF-Holland announces the distribution by the end of 2024 of a new reference of long-lasting grease for its Recolube pumps: Holland Recolube Biopower SKX 023 announced as biodegradable.
Holland Recolube pumps for automatic fifth wheel lubrication and centralized lubrication equipment will be able to be supplied with Holland Recolube Biopower SKX 023 biodegradable grease at the end of 2024. This grease is made from organic components advertised as coming from 80 % of renewable materials that are harmless to humans and the environment.
The SAF-Holland press release is an opportunity to recall the usefulness of automatic fifth wheel lubrication in order to ensure sufficient lubrication without wasting consumables. The product would have received EU Ecolabel DE/027/327 certification. This grease maintains properties from -30c° to +110c° and meets DIN 51502: KPFPE 2K-30 and ISO 6743-9 LX-CCEB2 standards. The packaging offered is in the form of 400g cartridges, 25kg buckets and 180kg barrels.
