Amazon and Darty are currently selling off three 14- and 16-inch M1 generation MacBook Pro references. They are two generations behind current models, but they have rather interesting technical characteristics compared to their pricing. Please note, the validity period of this offer is not specified and stocks are very limited.
The first model is a 14-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Pro chip, 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, in silver color: it is priced at €1,929 at Darty. This is significantly better than Apple’s refurbished version which is €2,019 on the Refurb Store, and represents a substantial saving compared to an M3 model with the same RAM and storage options, which costs €2,459 on the Apple Store.
The second offer concerns a 16-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Pro chip, 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, in space gray color: it is priced at €2,089 at Amazon and at Darty. Here too, it’s better than on the Refurb Store where the reconditioned version of this same Mac costs €2,289. The first price for the same level of equipment in the M3 range is €3,229 on the Apple Store.
Finally, there is a 16-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Max chip, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, in space gray color, which you can get for €2,699 at Darty. Here again, it is more generous on the Refurb Store which displays the same MacBook Pro in a reconditioned version at €2,939, and you need to count on a minimum of €3,689 at Apple in the current range for an M3 Pro model with RAM and equivalent storage.
