About 4 and a half years after its announcement, we’re almost there, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is finally getting ready to debut on Xbox Series X|S and PC! However, many players are surprised by the lack of communication around the title. However, it seems that with less than 3 weeks until its release, Ninja Theory and Xbox finally want to start building up the hype.

A sumptuous new image of Hellblade 2

This May 1, the British studio shared on its Twitter account a new image of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II. We can thus enjoy a sumptuous visual of Senua facing a body of water with a relief in the background, all enhanced by a piercing sun and numerous clouds.

If this image is already making your mouth water, then rejoice, because Ninja Theory has announced that every day until the game launches, something new will be shared!

As Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 will be available from May 21 on Xbox Series X|S and PC, we can expect that at least 19 new features will be shared leading up to launch. Remember that the title will be directly available in Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

A lack of communication so far?

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is certainly not a title that is aimed at a wide audience like Uncharted or God of War could do among the competition. However, Ninja Theory’s next title was announced at the same time as Xbox Series X and is an absolute technical showcase for the most powerful console on the market.

It is therefore surprising that we hear very little about it. In addition to a presence at 3 Game Awards ceremonies, at the Xbox Games Showcase last year, at Xbox Developer_Direct at the start of the year and the publication of previews at the beginning of the month, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is very discreet in the media landscape .

However, this is a major new production for Xbox, since with the new adventures of Senua, the brand is seeking to carve out a place for itself in the market for AAA narrative single-player experiences, for the moment essentially dominated by PlayStation.

We can still hope that Ninja Theory and Xbox will take advantage of the daily publications leading up to launch to make unsuspecting players want to dive into Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 later in the month.
