And three. Seven months after its opening, Cin’Escape continues its development Ferns (Ille-et-Vilaine).
“Provide clothing that is not afraid of getting dirty”
The establishment, which already has nearly 5,000 entries, will inaugurate a third escape game room on May 8, Sequestrum.
Our customers will be able to discover a horrific room whose aim is as much to immerse them in the heart of an immersive experience as it is to solve puzzles to escape.
Aesthetically, the room incorporates certain codes from the film franchise Saw : confinement in an abandoned space, time allowed for solve the puzzles and scenario with multiple twists and turns.
The room will be prohibited for under 16s, due to multiple disturbing effects, and very strongly not recommended for pregnant women and people suffering from claustrophobia, hypersensitivity, heart problems; being sensitive to stroboscopic effects, or having inner ear problems. “It will also be necessary to provide clothing that is not afraid of getting dirty,” warn the managers.
“The level will be classified as difficult, but participants must know that the appreciation of their experience will mainly depend on their ability to complete the adventure, rather than leaving it before the end of the time,” they add. .
A fourth room to come and a book
The plot is part of an extended universe which connects the different present and future rooms together. “Sequestrum is linked to our first two rooms: the Thunderbolt of Zeus and the Enchanted Sword of Ferns. A fourth room, the night of the comet, is planned for winter 2025.
The team will also release, at the latest at the end of the year, a bible entitled the Chronicles of Manus Veritatis, in the form of a collection of short stories detailing the different ramifications between the scenarios developed in the rooms. This book will also present future room projects and how the plots will follow one after the other.
