NRJ Global presented its new “Consulting & Studies” offer, during a conference in its premises in 16e district, April 25. “We want to position ourselves as a complementary offer within the consulting market,” underlines Cécile Chambaudrie, president of the advertising agency, in the preamble. The offer must support customers throughout their communication strategy: “we offer support throughout the entire funnel”, insists Marie-Noëlle Le Moal, director of marketing strategy and innovation at NRJ Global.

The offer includes an “Analysis & Consulting” solution with market analyses. It includes a “Strategic Advice” component which should make it possible to strengthen its advertising message and better engage its audience. This upstream work can also be accompanied by advertising pre-tests or “quick insights”, i.e. five tailor-made questions submitted to a panel of consumers, with feedback within 48 hours. This “inventory” is carried out in 1 month for almost 15,000 euros. After the broadcast, the agency suggests advertising post-test solutions in order to measure branding performance, provide recommendations and measure drive to web effectiveness, Impact Shoppers, etc. These services are marketed from 7,000 euros. The management is also committed to the carbon footprint of the ROI. “The latter includes a section allowing the optimization of media plans with an objective of business performance and control of the carbon footprint”, specifies the management. This “A/B testing” should make it possible to optimize the real-time performance of campaigns using criteria such as location and schedule. The price of this last service starts at 10,000 euros.

NRJ Global relies on its proprietary studies, its expertise from the NRJ Global teams as well as partners present at the conference, such as Storymind, CSA Data Consulting and Kantar Worldpanel. “We have a lot of in-house studies that we can share,” explains Marie-Noëlle Le Moal.
