The city of Malmö, Sweden’s second largest city with 365,000 inhabitants, acquired its symphony orchestra in 1925. On January 18, 2025, the Malmö symphony orchestra celebrated its centenary by organizing a major anniversary concert. In 2015, a modern building was built in the new Malmö Live district to accommodate this orchestra.

Crown Princess Victoria, 47, provided a royal presence during this birthday concert. Victoria from Sweden has been quite rare for several months due to her military training which she has been following full time since the last school year. During the weekends, which she devotes partly to study, Victoria tries to ensure some more royal commitments. This Saturday evening, the Crown Princess gave her evening to the centenary of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra.

The heir to the Swedish throne often honors the country’s most famous ready-to-wear brand, H&M. This Saturday evening, however, it was Zara, a Spanish ready-to-wear brand, which was in the spotlight. The metallic fringed jacket worn by Crown Princess Victoria is sold for 60 euros at Zara.
Victoria from Sweden wore black pants, her black Gianvito Rossi pumps, and she accessorized her outfit with a pearl-embroidered clutch from the Aldo brand, which sold for less than forty euros. As jewelry, again Victoria chose the costume jewelry brand Edblad for her metal hanging earrings, sold for 59 euros on the brand’s website, as well as the matching necklace and bracelet.
