Last summer, Ghent was very active on the transfer market with the arrival of many players. But unfortunately for the people of Ghent, most of the recruits have disappointed so far.
Zalan Vancsa
According to the Nieuwsblad, Zalan Vancsa would already be leaving just six months after his arrival. The young Hungarian winger arrived from Lommel with the label of great talent.
Wouter Vrancken, however, was not convinced since he has only given him 175 minutes since the start of the season.
He doesn’t want to return to Lommel
Vancsa, who is on loan without a purchase option to Ghent, however, does not want to return to Lommel. The Buffalos are ready to help him find another club if they manage to find a replacement.
For the moment, Vrancken still has four wingers in his squad with Momodou Sonko, Franck Surdez, Hélio Varela and the young Tibe De Vlieger.
But while waiting to work on the arrival of a new winger, Ghent is scanning the market in search of a new center forward. As a reminder, Max Dean seriously injured his knee before the winter break and will be unavailable until the end of the season.
