Cristiano Ronaldo to welcome former Real Madrid teammate to Al-Nassr

The Brazil international, once a La Liga star, is now on his way to Manchester United, with an offer from Al Nassr that could turn his career around.

Casemiro’s time of glory seems far away. Considered one of the best defensive midfielders in the world during his years at Real Madrid, the Brazilian has now become unwanted at Manchester United. Arriving in 2022 to strengthen the midfield, the former FC Porto player never met expectations at Old Trafford. Between recurring injuries and a change of coach, his influence has considerably diminished.

While several European clubs, such as Girona, Real Sociedad, or Fenerbahçe, are showing interest, it is Saudi Arabia which seems to be the most likely destination. At 32, Casemiro could take the plunge and join the Saudi Pro League, with Al Nassr leading the contenders, according to The Daily Mail. The Auriverde international would already be seduced by this new adventure.
