Former hooker Mathieu Blin has joined the management of Stade Français, as a consultant in the scrum sector, the capital club announced on Monday.
A historic player at Stade français from 1997 to 2010, Blin, former manager of SU Agen, will take care of this sector until the end of the season, Stade français said in a press release.

The position had been vacant since the departure of former Georgian prop Davit Zirakashvili, who came in once a week for scrum training.

Stade Français lacking results
Zirakashvili left the club at the start of the season in solidarity with coach Karim Ghezal, from whom Stade Français parted ways at the end of September and who has since joined Lyon as head coach.
