If the month of January will be lively for the Forez club with, in order, the reception of Reims, a trip to Paris, the reception of Nantes and finally a trip to Auxerre, that of Paris Saint-Germain will be overloaded with not less than seven games on the program.
The competitions will continue for Luis Henrique's players (editor’s note: Champions Trophy in Doha, Ligue 1, Coupe de France and Champions League) who will therefore have to manage their workforce well during this period. The Greens will face players from the capital after their trip to Qatar for the Champions Trophy against AS Monaco, on Sunday January 5 at 5:30 p.m. Three days after receiving ASSE, Paris will travel not far from Forez to the Marcel Michelin stadium in Clermont to face the Espaly-Saint-Marcel club in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France.
It remains to be seen whether this demanding schedule will be able to influence the meeting on January 12, especially since the two European Cup matches promise to be essential for the Parisian club which is currently in an unfavorable waiver in the new version of the Champions League.
