The match started in pouring rain. The balls were flying and the two teams had difficulty establishing their game. Very quickly, Lavec thought to open the score for Portsall but the Plabennec defense intervened on the line (18′). It was ultimately the visitors who scored first, through Cornily (0-1, 45’+1).
