Bruno Irlès : he innovates with Thomas Trazié behind the striker. The midfielder has a slightly more offensive role, but he is mainly present in this position to close down and thwart the Breton midfield. Up front, Yanis Merdji logically replaces the suspended Carroll. We can regret that Amadou Diallo is constantly aligned as a left winger without swapping with Bahassa, a pure left-hander. The lack of automatisms between Diallo and Trichard also deprives the left side of offensive percussion. A little variation at the left winger position would be interesting, because Diallo is still not decisive. Furthermore, tactically the team was prepared to counter the play of Saint-Malo.

Lassana Diabaté : if he had a little waste in his long kicking game, he put out a nice save in the 11th and was reassuring on the corners. He can't do anything about the goal conceded, because his defense is pierced in the middle and the attacker manages to score from close range.

Cédric Yambéré : with the exception of the Malouin goal, where he was put out of position, he delivered a serious, diligent and combative match. He controlled the opposing attackers well in depth.

Jean Grillot : he too, was caught behind the opponent's opener, but his match was magnificent. Strong in duels, positioning and combativeness. He is also precise in his passes. He has two opportunities to score with a header from a corner which he does not exploit well, not helped by the wind. Damage.

Driss Trichardt : his offensive role is reduced to nothing in this part. This is certainly due to his lack of automatism with Amadou Diallo. It's regrettable, because it's a strong point of Bordeaux's game when it takes its offensive lane.

Nathanael Bai : solid, he performs in duels and strives to combine with Bahassa on the right in the offensive phases

Adrien Louveau : applied defensively, he gets ahead of the opposing goal. His match is serious, but without going beyond his function to perform against the opposing midfielder. We expect more commitments from this player in these pivotal matches.

Émeric Depussay :he recovers a lot of balls, he scratches the skin and cuts the opposing attacks and the game passes to his feet for the orientation of the offensives. Unfortunately, he has a lot of failures in his transmissions, either due to lack of automatisms with his partners or technical application or reading of the game.

Thomas Trazié : positioned behind the attacker, his first period is transparent. He gives the impression of not knowing where to stand. We also saw him quite low in front of Depussay and Louveau to strengthen the Bordeaux midfield. His second period is more enterprising and more active.

Soufiane Bahassa : he wastes two great opportunities in the first period or throws it alone deep on his right side, he procrastinates and doesn't make the right move. Twice he lost the ball. He makes up for it with some great inspiration in the second half. He takes advantage of the fact that the opposing goalkeeper is far from his goal to lob it with a shot from 40 meters, it's worked and it's successful. The Bordeaux bench stands up and Prso falls into his arms.

Amadou Diallo : the game never leans on its side and for good reason. With the exception of two successful crosses in this part, he has a lot of waste and above all he does not physically engage in contact. It's quite annoying to see him hold back during the duel phases.

Yanis Merdji : too transparent in this match, he rarely dezones from his central position, and confines himself to his sector of play. It's a shame, because, when he did it once in this game, he disorganized the opposing defense and brought danger. Is this an instruction or a lack of initiative on his part?

Note that the entrants bring nothing to score the winning goal whether it is Ben Khemis or Mutyaba
