Anders Foldager (JaycoAlUla) won his first professional victory this Thursday, on the 2nd stage of the Tour of Slovakia. The 22-year-old Dane continues his team’s perfect streak, which won the team time trial during the first stage. Thanks to this success, Full days takes the yellow leader’s jersey from his teammate Max Walscheid. “It’s incredible to be on the top step of the podium today after a really difficult start to the year!” he reacted after the finish. “It was a long, hot day today, and the guys did a fantastic job!”
No 2nd success in 2024 for Julian Alaphilippe

We expected to see the strong men emerge from this Tour of Slovakiaon this 2nd stage which ended uphill at Hlohovec.
