Novak Djokovic rises to second place in the ATP rankings behind Jannik Sinner

If Jannik Sinner, winner in Halle on Sunday, consolidates his first place in the ATP rankings, Carlos Alcaraz fell one place after losing 450 points in one week. The Spaniard had indeed won the Queen’s last year. This benefits Novak Djokovic, who therefore moves up to second place behind the Italian.

The Pole Hubert Hurkacz, finalist in Halle, obtained at 27 the best ranking of his career, 7th in the world, up two places. The Australian Alex De Minaur is 9th, after falling two positions. Argentinian Sebastian Baez, 18th, and American Sebastian Korda, 20th, both achieved the best rankings of their careers, having gained one and three places respectively.

Humbert still number 1 in France

In the French clan, Ugo Humbert remains number 1, in 16th position. Adrian Mannarino is in 22nd place, after having suffered a drop of one place. Now 59th in the world, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, 20, reached his best ranking following a gain of eight places. Arthur Cazaux, 98th, has lost eight places and is under threat of soon leaving the Top 100, in which only ten French people appear this week. This is already the case for Alexandre Muller, 103rd, down 25 places.
