Thomas Meunier was injured during the friendly match against Luxembourg. He will soon be able to join the group.
The Red Devils left for Germany without Thomas Meunier. The defender remained in Belgium to treat the injury he developed against Luxembourg.
Until now, the date of the Trabzonspor player’s return was not yet known, but the national coach gave an indication at a press conference.

Regarding the other players who arrived injured in Germany, Tedesco clarified that Jan Vertonghen and Arthur Theate are recovered and ready for Monday’s match.
The two defenders were selected while they were convalescing. They continued their rehabilitation with the group, and “trained with the team the last three days.”Theate and Vertonghen will therefore be part of the core to face Slovakia, even if a starting place is not assured.”
