Senegalese international goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is fit to play again after a long period of unavailability due to injury.
On October 25 against Al-Okhdood, Edouard Mendy reappeared on the field after almost a month of absence. A return which unfortunately ended in a relapse. But the Al-Hilal goalkeeper resumed collective training yesterday Thursday and was even entitled to a full session. The last rampart of 1.95 meters could even be established this Friday during the reception of Al-Raed on the sidelines of the 10th day of the Saudi Pro League.

The return of Edouard Mendy in the cages is particularly awaited by Al-Ahli, currently looking for stability in the championship, but also by the Senegal national team. The coach of the Lions of Teranga, Pape Thiaw, has indeed summoned Mendy for the last two days of the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations (CAN) Morocco 2025. The 2021 African Champion, who aims to finish in style the qualifying campaign, will challenge Burkina Faso and Burundi on November 14 and 19.
