(Los Angeles) The boxing fight between legend Mike Tyson and popular YouTuber Jake Paul, initially scheduled for July 20, has been rescheduled for November 15 in Texas due to health problems of “Iron Mike”, announced Friday organizers.

“Although we had to postpone the fight, I will be back training soon. I thank the medical staff who took care of me […] the result will be the same regardless of the date, I will knock out Jake Paul,” said Tyson, quoted in a press release.

Former world heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson had to take medical treatment on May 26 aboard a plane from Miami to Los Angeles after complaining of nausea and dizziness, leading last Friday to the announcement of the postponement of the fight.

Aged 57 (58 years old on June 30), Tyson has not fought professionally for almost 19 years and a defeat against the Irishman Kevin McBride.

Many observers, including former American boxing world champion Deontay Wilder, have expressed concern about seeing a nearly sixty-year-old lined up in a professional fight, saying they fear a serious injury.

The clash is scheduled to take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, a stadium with around 80,000 seats, for live broadcast on Netflix.
