A page in Cycling will be turned on November 10 during the third edition of the Singapore Criterium. The “Cav”, the man with 35 victories on the Tour de Francewho this year surpassed the victory record previously held by the legend Eddy Merckxwill officially bow out after 18 seasons in the professional ranks. In this Criterium, Mark Cavendish will meet his rivals from the last Tour de Francenamely Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin – Deceuninck) and the Eritrean Biniam Girmaygreen jersey of this 111th edition (Intermarché – Wanty).

In addition to the presence of the main sprinters, the man from the Isle of Man will be alongside great figures of the Tour in one and the same team, the TdF Legendswho have won a total of 15 cycling grand tours, such as Christopher Froome, Primoz Roglic or even Vincenzo Nibalipresent to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his victory over the Tour de France in 2014.
