Victor Wembanyama is back and he brings back his incredible range of skills. Against the Magic, he was able to remind everyone that he was a terror on both ends of the floor.

For this first pre-season match, Victor Wembayama crossed paths with Orlando and Franz Wagner. The German was the victim of the highlight of the match, namely this incredible alley-oop poster between Chris Paul and our Alien. The interior of the Magic is under the poster and we are smiling again.

How can you not be happy with the return of one of the greatest prodigies in the history of this sport?

First pre-season match for Wemby and a rather gentle warm-up: 11 points (4/15 shooting), 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks, in 23 minutes. So yes, for Victor Wembanyama, such a stat line is just a simple warm-up. For ordinary people on the other hand, it’s a successful match. Two rooms, two atmospheres.

Clearly, Vic’ had fun facing the Magic’s defense, between a little windmill and little cons here and there. A day at the office like any other for the Frenchman.

Gregg Popovich gave us the opportunity to see how the Wemby – CP3 duo worked and frankly, we were not disappointed despite the external clumsiness of the reigning Rookie of the Year (0/5 from the parking lot). Can’t wait for the next one, and send the highlights!
