But during the first part of this training, Mike Matheson gave his teammates and coaches a scare by colliding head-on with Cayden Primeau and his net.
More fear than harm since Matheson was not injured during this nasty sequence and he did not hurt Primeau in the process. The smile quickly appeared on Matheson’s lips, who made Cole Caufield laugh with this incredible fall.
With the loss of Patrik Laine before the start of the season, the blue-white-red cannot afford to lose their number one defender, who is imposing himself 5-on-5 and on the massive attack.
