Sébastien Calvet hoped for ten points, the SUA scored eleven. For this first block of the season, the Agenais fulfilled their points objective thanks in particular to a victory at Mont-de-Marsan which came to make up for the unexpected misstep at home against Nice, currently bottom of the championship. However, the results could have been completely different with a little more success. We think here of the end of the match against Provence-Rugby or the failed first half against Valence-Romans. 33 players were used by the suaviste staff and it is Julien Lebian who is the most in demand to date (291 minutes) ahead of Kolinio Ramoka (272 minutes) and Loris Tolot (270 minutes). On an individual level, former Rouen player Franck Pourteau is the best Agen scorer (30 points with 73.33% average) and fourteenth in Pro D2, far behind Béziers scrum half Samuel Marques (58 points).

Concerning the try scorers, there are three of them with two achievements (Thibaud Mazzoléni, Valentin Gayraud and Lucas Martins). Note that the SUA has after five days the seventh attack in the championship (23 points on average per match) and the seventh defense (21 points conceded on average).
In terms of discipline, Arnaud Duputs and his comrades only received two yellow cards.
Let us add that in terms of attendance, an average of 5,928 spectators came to Armandie after the first two receptions. A disappointing figure. It is to be hoped that Armandie will be more full during Dax’s next reception even if it is on a Thursday.

The arrival of the Landais marks the start of a second block which will see the Lot-et-Garonnais receive Dax, Colomiers and Montauban and travel to Biarritz, Grenoble and Soyaux-Angoulême. A tough program, but which could allow the SUA in the event of positive dynamics to settle in the first third of the ranking.
