Union-Anderlecht, clap, fifth. After two editions in the classic phase, one in the quarter-final of the Belgian Cup and one in the playoffs finally won by the Mauves, it is the return leg which will take place this Sunday (6:30 p.m.), at Parc Duden, for a match announced by some on the Union side as a first final before the Cup final.
On the Union side, Alessio Castro-Montes will logically return to his place on the right side, after being suspended against Antwerp. Two questions remain: will Lapoussin be preferred to Henok Teklab? Furthermore, who will take their place in the middle triangle alongside the untouchables Vanhoutte and Puertas? Rasmussen, feverish last week, could be in the starting eleven again.
Returns to Anderlecht
At Anderlecht, Brian Riemer will be able to count on returns which will do good. T1 explained that he wants to find balance in his midfield: Stroeykens will return to the center. Probably alongside Delaney. Unless there are any surprises, Schmeichel and Dreyer will start after the injuries which prevented them from playing last week. Yari Verschaeren will at best be on the bench.
