After five years of existence, the Gesnois Bilurien business club, made up of 70 members, has decided to renew itself.
“Le Maine Libre”: What are the reasons for the renewal of the office and who makes it up?
Thierry Vaillant, new club secretary: “We felt a need for renewal. The new office is made up of Jérémy Aucagne, general manager of Lionces industries located in Bouloire, president; Laurence Bourneuf, manager of the O’compoir des sens company in Savigné-l’Évêque, vice-president; and myself, Thierry Vaillant, general director of VAC éditions based in Montfort-le-Gesnois, secretary. The treasurer will be appointed later. »
What are the objectives of this club?
“Our business club has been committed since its beginnings to weaving a network of friendly and dynamic relationships, while providing a space conducive to welcome and integration. We strive to be a true community where everyone feels supported and encouraged in their journey. Our club is open to a diversity of businesses, representing a wide spectrum of activities, particularly welcoming microentrepreneurs. »
What projects do you want to pursue or initiate?
“Our business club has many current and upcoming projects. An ambitious project is being developed in the Connerré and Bouloire colleges, where third-year students are immersed in the entrepreneurial world thanks to initiatives such as the virtual creation of companies, business internships, and career forums. At the same time, sporting talents are identified and supported to find sponsors and employment. The club promotes connections with institutions like Ecofac to reward local talent. Finally, theme evenings are organized around important topics for businesses, and during which we welcome personalities to talk to us about the selected theme. These evenings aim to come together and spend instructive and pleasant moments. »
