This Friday kicked off for EA SPORTS’ latest football simulation: EA SPORTS FC 25. The game delivers a completely new experience of authenticity and realism, with new innovations and social experiences, thanks to at FC IQ and Rush. It is available on PlayStation®5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch™.
Stars from around the world celebrate the launch
The launch was celebrated around the world, from Madrid to New York, including Sydney, Paris and London. EA SPORTS FC 25 athletes Jude Bellingham and Aitana Bonmatí, as well as living football legends like Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, Ronaldinho and Didier Drogba, competed in tournaments in the new 5v5 Rush mode. At the global flagship event in Madrid, a livestream performance by soundtrack artist and reggaeton star J Balvin, capped off the event.

And for the very first time in the Career mode of a football game, we experience women’s football on an equal footing with men.
Rush – A new way to play
Rush, a new 5v5 experience, is integrated into Ultimate Team™, Clubs, Kickoff and Career game modes. It uses the same authentic controls and mechanics of 11v11, but delivers a fast and intense experience. Players can play together in teams of four and an AI-controlled goalkeeper. In Career mode, they can develop their academy of young players through 5v5 tournaments (5 against 5).
FC IQ takes gaming to the next level
With FC IQ, the tactical foundations of the game are overhauled to provide increased strategic control, smarter teammates, individual player roles and more authentic movement. Using a new AI model based on real data, FC IQ influences player behavior and team tactics, resulting in a more realistic representation of football.
Extensive licenses and competitions
EA SPORTS FC 25 stays true to its tradition and offers over 19,000 athletes, 700+ teams and 30+ leagues, including the Credit Suisse Super League, UEFA Champions League, Premier League and Bundesliga. For the first time, the UEFA Women’s Champions League, National Women’s Soccer League and other women’s leagues are also represented in a soccer game.
