French midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni may not last long at his club Real.
Liverpool are ready to revive their interest in Aurélien Tchouameni. The French midfielder plays for Real Madrid, who recruited him under the nose of the Reds in the summer of 2022.
According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Tchouameni's situation at Real is less secure currently, given the team's poor start to the season.
Rodri instead of Tchouaméni?
Real want to bring in Rodri from Manchester City to strengthen their midfield and give them better passing opportunities in that area of the pitch. The former Bordeaux player could therefore pay the price for this change of direction. If they fail to recruit Rodri, the capital club will be interested in Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez.
The source adds that the Madrilenians are open to offers of around 60 million euros for the vice-world champion. An amount which is not likely to cool the Merseysiders.
Note that Aurélien Tchouaméni is currently injured and unavailable for several weeks. He was not summoned for the November gathering of the French team.
