The club announced in a press release that it would appeal, claiming to have provided all the requested documents.

This call was confirmed to Sud Ouest by the club's chairman of the board, Arnaud Dubois. The appeal was filed at the beginning of the week, as the sanction was officially received before Christmas. We do not yet know the decision date in relation to this appeal but what is certain is that while waiting for the verdict, the BO will not recover the 5 points of withdrawal (no suspensive nature)
