The French Rugby Federation has taken legal action against the company Le Coq Sportif, its former equipment supplier, for very large unpaid sums. A decision not before a month?

Indeed, with Le Coq Sportif announcing a turnover of well over 40 million euros (more than 121 million for the year 2023), this case must be studied by a specialized Commercial Court. The judge therefore decided to postpone this dispute until October 29, and it will most certainly be the Commercial Court which will have jurisdiction to examine this case. It is specified that the election of the new president of the FFR will take place on October 19.
