He arranged to meet under the gilded Victoria Hall. Filming of a video clip on the main stage, facing the monumental organ. A cellist, a pianist, extras, including him. All friends who have attended or are attending the SAE Institute Geneva, a school which teaches audiovisual professions. “It’s incredible that we had access to the Victoria Hall, we didn’t believe it, we tried and it worked,” he rejoices. Two days earlier, Lucien Cornaz was walking around another performance hall, consumed by stage fright. Preview at the Empire cinema of his short film, titled to the racine. First achievement of the young Vaudois. Full house and a round of applause at the end of the screening. Lucien wrote the script, held the camera and directed the actors. A team of around thirty people, all volunteers. One-week filming last summer in Geneva, in the heatwave, on two farms and at the Ella-Maillart School of General Culture.
