Barthélémy Dias reiterates his remarks by declaring that Dakar is hosting the Olympic Games. After being a candidate for these Olympic Games, Dakar has the right to wonder where Dakar’s heritage is located. “I invite you to go look at the heritage of Paris 2024. I ask you whether or not you have 80 billion to organize these Games. I remind you that in the organization of these Games, the State of Senegal will put money on the table.
