After the episode of the Algerian influencer Youcef Zazou, arrested Friday morning, on suspicion of calls to hatred, two of his counterparts were apprehended by the French justice system for similar facts: Imad Tintin and Doualemn.
Imad Tintin was arrested Friday evening in Echirolles, near Grenoble, after publishing a video, since removed, calling for “ burn alive, kill and rape on French soil » while Doualemn was arrested in Montpellier on Sunday, for having published videos on Tiktok calling for violent acts.
« Kill him, let him suffer » we can notably hear him say in one of his videos, targeting an Algerian anti-regime demonstrator, according to AFP.
And it’s not over, according to the prefect of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region Fabienne Buccio: “ Several influencers calling for hatred or violence in videos posted on TikTok have been reported to the competent authorities by the Rhône prefecture in Lyon ».
According to AFP, these are influencers supposed to reside in Lyon or the surrounding area and who published “ more or less recently » videos on the accounts Sofia Benlemmane, Abdesslam “Bazooka” and Laksas06 and which, in the wake of the first three, call for hatred and violence and take anti-French positions.

According to Chawki Benzehra, an Algerian political activist and whistleblower who led the arrest of the three influencers, Doualemn specifically targeted “ those who wanted to demonstrate on 1is January against the Algerian regime, and a young activist he wants dead because a person named Cohen shared his video » he explains on X.
At the microphone of Europe 1 and facing Pascale Praud, he maintains that it is necessary that “the French political class realizes that there is a danger. That the Algerian regime is waging a hybrid war against France, to destabilize France ».
Still according to the Algerian opponent who took refuge in France, this campaign takes place in a context of tensions especially since “ recognition of the Moroccan nature of the Sahara », very poorly digested by the Algerian regime.
The fingers should, according to the activist, indicate the direction of one and the same person: Mehdi Ghezzar, conductor of “ the war waged in France by the Algerian regime » mobilizing a significant number of influencers.
As a reminder, Mehdi Ghezzar, an Algerian entrepreneur residing in France, hit the headlines by insulting Morocco, which led to his ouster from RMC last August.
Last October, he explained in an interview with Arab News in French that he intended to set up a “ DZ lobby », arguing that a well-structured network “could not only defend the interests of our community, but also promote a strong and united image of Algeria internationally » adding that “ Our priorities must include the defense of our rights, the strengthening of bilateral relations with host countries, as well as the mobilization of talents for the economic and social development of Algeria. ».
For once it is a resounding fiasco.
The maestro of Algerian digital hype only demonstrates what we already know about Algiers’ communication: a total amateurism bordering on the absurd.
We are thus witnessing a regime which is waging war on its diaspora on a foreign territory, using “ agents » digital ones whose only arguments are threats, insults and violence.
What are the objectives of these actions? Scare opponents of the regime? Trying to destabilize France? Get noticed?
The Algerian regime tries to struggle as best it can to cling to power, however the more it tries to act, the more it sinks into an unspeakable quagmire, further alienating its regional partners, international observers and its people. .
