End of mandate for the Artp College led by Abou Abel Thiam on January 9

The College of the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority (Artp), under the presidency of Abou Abel Thiam, is preparing to take leave of office on January 9, thus marking the end of their “legal” mandate. Abou Abel Thiam, surrounded by his colleagues Professor Modi Coumba Gadiaga, Mr. Amadou Ly, Ms. Ada Hagne Dia and Ms. Arame Ndoye Thiam, expressed his gratitude to Allah for their journey and sent a moving thought to Doudou Guèye, a colleague who disappeared during their mandate.
